Jagged/Melted Features in some regions, but not others
When a layer is deposited, it must cool and solidify to retain its shape. If a subsequent layer is printed on a layer that has not yet cooled, it will squish both layers, usually causing that region to curl upwards. When the part is finished, the resulting section may look overextruded while other regions of the part look fine. This is usually a part-cooling issue. To fix this problem: 1. Print more slowly, allowing more time for layers to cool 2. Increase the speed of your part cooling fan 3. Change the geometry of your fan shroud
